ORDERS

Coloured By Sheridan reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including where products are unavailable, pricing errors occur or fraudulent activity is suspected.

SHIPPING
Shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location and courier delays. Coloured By Sheridan is not responsible for delays once orders have been dispatched. Once an order has been marked as delivered by the courier service, Coloured By Sheridan is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels. Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Coloured By Sheridan is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used haircare products unless faulty or required under Australian Consumer Law.

FAULTY AND DAMAGED ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact Coloured By Sheridan within 48 hours if your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect. To assist with assessment and resolution, clear photos and details of the issue may be requested.
We take care in packaging and preparing all orders; however, if there is an issue with your purchase, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution in line with Australian Consumer Law.

GIFT CARDS
• Gift cards are valid for use both online and in-salon at Coloured By Sheridan.
• Gift cards are redeemable on salon services and retail products unless otherwise stated.
• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Any remaining balance will stay on the gift card for future purchases.
• Lost, stolen or expired gift cards cannot be replaced.
• Gift cards must be presented at the time of redemption.
• Coloured By Sheridan reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
